CLBL REGISTRATION
CLBL is for boys and girls grades 3-12 that reside in the Heritage, Loudoun County, and Tuscarora High School districts and are currently enrolled in school. For players grades K-2, see OTHER LEAGUES.
Register at CLBL Sportability or for registration after the close dates shown below please contact the registrar.
Player REGISTRATION DATES for the 2011-12 season are:
- On-time registration (grades 3-8 & Travel) is 8 Aug 2011 - 26 Sep 2011
- Late registration (grades 3-8) is 27 Sep 2011 - 14 Oct 2011
- On-time registration (grades 9-12) is 8 Aug 2011- 16 Nov 2011
- Late registration (grades 9-12) is 17 Nov 2011 - 28 Nov 2011
CLBL coaching staff (i.e. head coach, assistant coach, manager) must register at CLBL Sportability and agree to a background check. If you have questions about coaching, please contact the Director of Coaching for your league.
The on-time registration fee is $110 per player (including $10 PRCS participant fee).
Partial financial assistance is available.
We are offering sibling discounts this year.
The late player registration fee is $160 per player.
Late registrants are not guaranteed placement on a team.
Please contact the Director of Registration, Mike Loheneis, at registrar@clbl.org if you need registration assistance, need financial aid, do not have internet access, or need to pay by check/cash instead of a credit card.
If paying by CHECK, payment must be received in order for the player to be drafted for a travel or house team. CLBL, PO Box 1164, Leesburg, VA 20177-1164.
Refund requests must be made by 11/2/11 for grades 3-8 and by 12/1/11 for the high school league through CLBL Sportability or by mail to CLBL, P.O. Box 1164, Leesburg, VA 20177. A $25/player processing fee will be subtracted from all requested refunds.
